Medicaid Solutions, formerly known as Source Finders, was founded by Janet Schwaab, an experienced nurse that shared a vision of creating a compassionate care service that would treat people with respect, dignity and first-rate service.

Doris Gibb, B.B.A., Medicaid Specialist
Doris Gibb, our Medicaid Specialist has over eighteen
years of experience in the area of social work and elderly care. Doris attended the University of Puerto Rico, where she obtained her bachelors degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. While attending college, Doris helped her parents care for several elderly family members, which caused her to develop a love and a passion for the care of the elderly. She moved to South Florida in 1990 where her social work career began. She worked for the Department of Children and Families for sixteen years assisting the elderly in the process of obtaining Medicaid benefits. She also has several years of experience working directly with the elderly and assisting them in the tedious process of obtaining all the necessary documentation to receive governmental help.
Janet Schwaab, R.N., Medicaid Specialist
Janet brings many years of experience in the nursing
profession. She attended the York Hospital School of
Nursing and Temple University in Philadelphia. Her career
in the health care industry spans a spectrum of experience from program developer for senior programs, discharge planning, implementation of the DRG system to Director of Nursing for home care agencies located in Washington D.C. and the Virgin Islands. She has had five years experience working with a national case management company where she was a recognized expert in the case management of catastrophic illness, chronic and disability management services. Janet is Certified by the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers.
